Fly Geysers are one of the manmade miracleson earth. They are small geothermal geysers located in Nevada’s Washoe County, about 32 kilometres north of Gerlach. The surprising fact is that still number of people of the county is not aware of existence of this site. The geysers spew water about a height of 5 meters. They are a result of well drilled by men in early 1900. The geothermal water started rising from the cracks of the well and up to the surface of ground. All efforts were made by workers to cap these natural geysers, but all their efforts went in vain. Today these well are known as Fly Geysers.
Mendenhall Ice Caves, Juneau, Alaska
This Glacier ageing more than 3000 years are a popular site of visit in Alaska. The glacier is 13 mile long have Mendenhall Valley and Mendenhall lake situated 12 miles away from city of Juneau. The most scenic view of it comes, when it is viewed from underneath the glacier. It seems as you are in fairy land. Due to global warming Glacier area is shrinking very rapidly. About 2 miles of its area has been receded since 1958. The visit to caves is at one’s own risk, as they are continuously shifting, growing, melting or collapsing. The risk involved is from minor injury to death. Since the collapse of entrance of these caves in 2014, adventure visit of caves has been stopped by most of the tour operators.
Lake Hillier, Australia
The “Bubble gum Lake” or Hillier Lake of Australia is a pink colours lake on Middle Island. It was discovered by a British explorer Matthew Flinders in 1802. Ariel view of it gives a glimpse of a solid pink bubble gum. It is spread in a span of 600 meters with a rim shaped boundary of sand and surrounded by lush green heavy forest of paperbark and eucalyptus trees. It is fenced by sand dunes and green vegetation separating it from Southern Ocean.
The pink colour of lake is not a trick but still a sure answer is not available behind this colour.  Some researchers says it is due to Dunaliella salina and Halobacteria named organisms, creating a coloured dye. The other conception says its due to salt crusts of lake containing red halophilic bacteria.
Zhangye Danxia Landform, China
This amazing eye catching view of this area seems as it an Oil Painting of unbelievable colours of nature. This landscape has number of red cliffs, several meters in height. It is spread over an area of 322 square kilometres.
These landscapes are result of red sandstone erosion. The geological appearance comes due to multilayers of oceanic crusts, deposition over a period of 24 million years. The wind, rain and time has carved them into amazing shapes, towers, pillars, ravines and coloured them in various shades and patterns.
Main View Spots of Zhangye Danxia
The first one is just very close to the park. It has walking distance of 10 minutes.
Second spot takes efforts as it is the highest spot with 666 steps, requiring 30 minutes to reach at most panoramic site.
Third point is known as 7 colour fan.
Fourth spot is on a ridge running from east to west. This place is best to give sunrise and sunset mesmerizing views.
 
Red Beach, Panjin, China
The city of Panjin in China is famous for its Red beach. It is located in Liaohe River Delta, 30 kilometers away from Panjin towards southwest. It is among the world’s naturally grown marvels.
The amzing red colour of the beach is the result of a special type of sea weed called Sueda. It grows in the saline and alkali soil of the area. The weed remains green during the summer and grows in the month of April or May. As the Autumn comes the real miracle takes place when this weed turns into flaming red, giving a glimpse of red carpet of nature. Major part of this beach is preserved by government and is not open to public. It is world’s largest and most complicated ecosystem, and is a home to more than 260 species of birds and 399 species of animal. Only a small part is open for tourists. It is really a place in the world which one would hardly believe exists.
